Three ways we deliver ABA therapy.
Clementine ABA delivers individualized Applied Behavior Analysis in your home, in our clinic, or in your child’s school. Every modality is built on the same clinical foundation, the same care team, and the same family-first approach.
- Coordinated across all 3 modalities
- One care team that follows your child
- Insurance handled for every setting
Three settings. One plan. Pick what fits - or mix them.
Every Clementine treatment plan can be delivered in your home, at one of our centers, in your child’s school, or across some combination of all three. Below is how the three settings compare on the questions families ask most.
Picked a setting? Here's the rest of the path.
Choosing where therapy happens is just the first decision. The next steps are short and predictable - most families move from an introductory call to a steady schedule in about a month, and we carry the paperwork the whole way.
-
A first conversation
Tell us about your child, what a hard day looks like, and where you'd most like help. It's a real conversation - no intake script, no pressure to sign anything.
-
We verify your coverage
Our team checks your benefits and files the prior authorization for you, then comes back with a straight answer on what your plan covers. The insurance legwork is ours, not yours.
-
An individualized assessment
A Clementine clinician watches how your child plays, communicates, and learns, then writes a treatment plan around goals that actually matter to your family.
-
We confirm the right setting together
Home, center, or school - we match the setting to your child's age, your goals, and the rhythm of your week. You never have to sort this out alone.
-
Sessions begin
Your named care team starts on a consistent schedule, in the setting you chose, ready to get to work from the very first day.
Caregiver Coaching
We teach you the same strategies your team uses, so progress doesn't stop when a session ends - it carries into mealtimes, bedtimes, and everything between.
School Coordination
Your team stays in step with teachers and aides so the approach is consistent across your child's day - even when therapy happens somewhere else.
Monthly Progress Reviews
Every session adds data; every month you sit down with your team to review the progress together and decide what comes next.
Roughly four weeks from that first call to therapy - you focus on your child while we handle the rest.
What happens in every session.
Every Clementine session is built around five core elements - combined in proportions that shift as your child grows, and adjusted each week based on live data from your RBT.
Structured Practice
Short, focused trials that build fluency. Your RBT runs these with precision - clear instructions, consistent feedback, and data recorded on every response.
Play-Based Teaching
The same skills, woven into activities your child already loves. Learning happens inside the game, the snack, the sibling wrestle - without it feeling like a lesson.
Reinforcement
Every correct response gets noticed immediately. Motivation stays high because the right things get recognized the right way, consistently.
Parent Handoff
You're briefed at the end of every session - what worked, what we're adjusting, and one concrete thing to try before the next visit.
Live Data Collection
Every trial is recorded in real time. Your BCBA reviews the data between sessions and adjusts the treatment plan before the next one starts.

Three reads that answer what most families ask in the first week.
Most families come to us mid-research, mid-overwhelm. These guides cover the basics - what ABA is, how the process works, and how to make the most of it at home.

Questions families ask about our services.
The most common questions we hear when families are deciding between modalities or trying to understand what Clementine actually offers.
Choosing a modality
-
How do I know which therapy setting is right for my child?
Honestly, your clinician will recommend a starting point during the initial assessment. But as a rough guide: most younger children with early intervention needs benefit from in-home therapy; children preparing for or struggling in group settings benefit from center-based therapy; children who do well at home but struggle specifically at school may need school-based support.
-
Can my child do more than one setting?
Yes - and many families do. Common combinations are in-home plus center-based (skill building plus peer interaction) and school-based plus in-home (school day plus caregiver coaching at home). Your treatment plan adjusts as your child progresses.
-
Will the team be the same across settings?
Wherever possible, yes. Continuity matters - your child works better with familiar adults. The same lead clinician oversees your child’s plan no matter where therapy happens.
Programming basics
-
How many hours per week will my child need?
Comprehensive early intervention programs typically run 20-40 hours per week. Focused programs targeting specific skills run 5-15 hours per week. Your clinician will recommend a starting point and adjust as progress comes in.
-
How long does a treatment plan run?
ABA is not a fixed-length program. Most children do meaningful work in ABA for one to three years, with hours scaling down as skills strengthen. The plan is reviewed monthly.
-
What ages do you work with?
Clementine serves children typically from about 18 months through their teenage years. Early intervention (ages 2-6) tends to produce the biggest measurable gains, but meaningful progress is possible at any age.
Family involvement
-
Will I be involved in my child's therapy?
Yes. Every Clementine plan - across all modalities - includes caregiver coaching as a core ingredient. You will learn the strategies your team is using, see them in action, and have a regular forum to ask questions.
-
What if I want to start small?
Some families start with a few hours per week and scale up as they get comfortable. We will recommend a starting point that fits your child’s needs and your family’s capacity.
